Jersey by air - 4 days - £335

The largest and most southerly of the Channel Islands, Jersey is just 14 miles from the coast of France, giving the island a continental flair but without the need for visas or foreign currency, and with no language problems. Golden sands, sparkling seas, rugged cliffs, picturesque harbours and fascinating countryside are just a few of the natural attractions that await the visitor to Jersey. Situated on the edge of the Gulf Stream the island slopes from north to south to face the sun and boasts the best sunshine record in the British Isles and a climate which is generally milder in all seasons than the UK.

Your itinerary

Many floats from the 2008 Battle of Flowers dress up for Christmas and parade around Liberation Square. As well as the floats themselves, all full of Father Christmas’, decorations, lights and music – there is festive food and drink in Liberation Square itself.

Thurs 11th December: An early flight gets you to Jersey in plenty of time to see the moonlight Battle of the Flowers Parade through the streets of St Helier.

Fri 12th December: is a day to explore the many shops and stores of the town, and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the local pubs and cafes.

Sat 13th December: head for the royal square in the town centre where the international Christmas Market takes place, there will be gifts, Crafts, Decorations, Music and food from different nationalities that call Jersey their home.

Sun 14th December: Breakfast, Departure (Time to be confirmed)
